UC Update (3rd stage) 10 April 2005
The following will take effect on Stage 3 of UC update (10/4/05)*
Changes (balancing)
Lowering of income
Reason: Certain players are way too rich in the game
Effect: -10% to -28% income to all bonus systems (ex: capital)
Effect: 5% to 30% reduce income for commercial (all race), 29% reduce tax income for a.miner
Adjustment in attacking (Pr)
Reason: Requested by players
Effect: Reduce Pr difference for attacking from 300% to 250% (attacking someone weaker), increase Pr different to 500% for attacking someone stronger
Related effect
- Reinforcements stacks reduced from 4 to 2 from vassals
- Reinforcements stacks 1 from lord (New)
- Minor adjustment to system defense (Mainly on Urania & Titan)
