eMarketing Manager [Not Sales]

Duties
- Increase number of players in our games
 This can be done using online or offline methods (which you will receive training and tutoring on how to achieve this). This includes improving the game, making and executing marketing plans and campaigns (ex: programs such as affiliate, partnership, member-get-member, introducer, etc).
 
 - Improve game branding and PR
 This includes contacting and liaising with publishing companies (online or offline, magazines/newspapers) to get them to write about our game (game review) or any other form of publicity stunts. By right all publishers will be more than happy to receive any content so long as it is relevant (ex: Game Reviews to ntech) and catchy.
 
 - Assist in all advertising & promotion activities
 This includes Comfortable in liaising with publishing companies (magazines/newspapers) & our current and prospective partners
 
 - Assist in organizing contests/events
 For example, a contest just ended in April where we hold a Ladder Deathmatch tournament, that we pay players total of RM 1,500 worth of cash & prizes. The goal of the contest/events is to make the games more fun, increase revenues and to earn publicity for our games.
 
 - Business Development, liaise with other companies for partnerships & sponsorships
 Due to lack of manpower our agreement and partnership with some companies are not being looked after (ex: Bluehyppo, MSN) and is currently being pending ever since. In marketing wise it is your job to search, look and secure prospective business/advertising partnerships.
 

Requirements
Must be, have or willing to:
 - Work in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia
 - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or have working permit in Malaysia
 - Strong passion for Marketing strategies, Games, Internet & Marketing
 - Have minimum 2 years work experience in related field
 - Have experience and marketing contacts in one or more of this industry: IT, Internet, Pc, Server, Telco, ISP
 - Have good verbal and written command of English
 - Good communications skills
 
 Added advantage if:-
 - Able to write and communicate in Mandarin or other European languages
