Admin / GameMaster (Customer Support)
Duties
- Reply player questions via forum, private messages, chat or email
- Help players how to play the game
- Moderate forum & chat
- Act as Admin for the games
Requirements
Must be, have or willing to:
- Work in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia
- Very interested & passionate with IT, Games, Computers, Internet, Customer Service
- Have high level of patience
- Good communications skills
- Have good command of English
Added advantage if:
- Have experience in similar job functions or industry
- Interest to be working in the Games Industry (online games, computer, PS, etc)
- Able to take tight datelines, proactive and able to learn with minimum supervision
- Able to write and communicate in Mandarin or other European languages
